Pre-Void; an Oasis

Forerunner:
-Reduce as many negative factors as possible; least amount of stress
-A close proximity to a comfortable bed, air conditioning, comfortable bathroom
-Introduce only a small amount of unknowns; less time wasted on external factors
-Emergency Contact person- JPA
-Keep in contact, ask questions, work through feelings 

Touchstones:
-Do not make too swift of movements especially from lying to upright
-Conserve energy as much as possible
-Stay still for as long as you can; it does wonders
-You may feel tricked by flashed of energy, but if you exert it will put tremendous strain on your ability to continue
-Free time to yourself to learn about how you react to your first fast
-Hold off on anything pleasurable as long as possible such as showering 
-Remove/minimize products that are not whole-based or organic or just in a very clean form
-Focus on one thing a day and go deep into it; stretching, massage, meditation, spa, acupuncture, orthopedic adjustments, float tank, etc, something passive that frees your body/mind/soul up and aids in the process
-Post-fast is pre-fast in reverse
-Bowel movements vary person to person- you may not have one at all during the fast, but you are more than likely to have the ability to
-Virtually, everyone has something to some extent in excess stored in their bodies and it is actually very common for people to still have materials remaining in their tract for quite some time after they have eaten and some have impacted materials embedded within their system that have been there for long periods of time

Day 1-3
-Amplified hunger + food attachments
-Very special time to view in a stripped back and raw way the intense addiction we all have to everything we consume
-You have the power to transform this nausea and pain into whatever you choose
-Just remember your intent and purpose and continue onward

Days 4-5
-You will lose the need for food, but your thirst may increase
-It may become difficult to sleep at this point as waves of energy may come and go
-It can become up and down radically, but if you remain composed and relaxed you will be empowered by the dramatic shifts happening 

Days 6-7
-Usually when your body starts to acclimate to consuming only water and is about to transition into a new perdiod
-Okay time to stop the fast as it can be a steady time frame
